Product Description Designed for skiers, hunters, fishermen, golfers, or anyone who works or plays in the cold for long hours, the Heatmax HotHands-2 Hand Warmers are air-activated and will provide up to 10 hours of soothing warmth inside gloves, pockets or wherever you feel a chill. All Heatmax warmers are made of natural materials, including iron powder, water, salt, activated charcoal, and wood fiber. When exposed to air, these materials react together to produce heat through an extremely fast oxidation (or rusting) process. Users should allow 10 to 20 minutes for the warmers to reach their optimal temperatures.

Winter wonderland November 24, 2008 After years of painfully cold fingers (Raynaud's Syndrome) I splurged on a full box of these hand warmers and, so far, have been really happy. Usually my fingers are cold inside the house, so putting these "hot potatoes" into my mittens, heading into the cold, and not noticing my fingers freezing has been nothing short of a life-changing event for me. I love walking in the snow and now am able to enjoy it. They sometimes get (almost) too warm. I also love the toe warmers, which have made walking in the cold a lot more fun.
The best product ever!! November 14, 2008 I've been using these for a few years, and honestly, we couldn't get along without them. I have 4 kids, and when it's cold, we use our hand warmers all the time. For winter camping and various sporting events they are truly indispensable. I have kids in marching band, and they always have a couple of warmers handy - they can't play very well if their fingers are frozen, so they keep their hands warm, then pocket the warmer while they do the halftime show. I even send a warmer with my bus riders on cold mornings.
HANDY ITEM TO HAVE ON HAND......PARDON THE PUN October 28, 2008 Hot Hands are great to keep in your pockets on chilly mornings or evenings. Also once worked well to relieve my stiff neck.
These are great October 13, 2008 These stay hot for a REALLY long time. We have a 2 year old that needs to have a warm compress on her eye several times a day. One of these (in a sock) makes doing that SO much easier, plus I don't have to open a new one each time. I can use just one a day since they stay hot for so long. We used Little Hotties before and Heatmax stays hot MUCH longer. I had to use at least 2 Little Hotties a day because they didn't even stay hot for the 8 hours that it says on the box. If we need more after this box is finished, I will buy the Heatmax for sure!!
Instant relief August 28, 2008 I ordered the Hot Hands for a friend who had eye surgery and needed to keep heat on her eye for extended periods. A hot washcloth involved continuous trips to the microwave. The Hot Hands are small and easily taped over the eye, providing 12 hours of warmth. Wrapped in Seran wrap and lined with wet paper towel, they also provided moist heat. A true blessing.
