The TN30 is absolutely the best reel I have ever used for live bait fishing. First attracted by the fast retrieve ratio, I soon learned how much line control the TN gave me. After a few huge grouper taken with pin fish, I knew the 6.2:1 ratio was not going to be a problem with the powerfull retrieve handle. At 40 feet and in the rocks, the clicker tells the story. Lock it up and jerk a 15-20 lb. grouper straight up and start hauling him in. Drag is so smooth, it's hard to tell when he's taking line. Thumbs Up!
